Policies

1. A 25% deposit is required upon booking to confirm the reservation
2. Full pre-payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
3. Please note that if the deposit is not received by the required date, your reservation will be regarded as cancelled
4. Cancellations : 25% of fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival 50% of fee if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival 100 % of fee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival
5. All refunds will be subject to a 15% administration fee * Please note that only written cancellations will be accepted
